Odette Roger Naquin, 90, a native and resident of Thibodaux, passed away on March 28, 2015.

Visitation will be on Monday, March 30, 2015 at St. John the Evangelist from 8:00 AM to funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 AM at the church. Interment will be in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Burch and husband Lonnie, son, C.D. Naquin and wife Janet, daughter, Kathleen Chiasson, Lorraine Esteve, Karen Harris and husband Billy; sisters, Mable Ponvelle, Agnes Levron, Nora Billiot, Shirley Thomas, Cecile Breaux; brothers, Joe Roger and A.J. Roger; grandchildren, Tammy, Steven, Bill, Dale, Christy, Cindy, Trica, Kelly, Angie, Ronnie and Corey; 19 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Calvin Naquin Sr.; parents Amedo and Laura Mire Roger; sisters, Elise Naquin, Elsie Tullier, Rose Rousseau, Rena McCarthy; son in laws, Glenn Martin, Paul Esteve, and Chester Chiasson Jr.; granddaughters, Laurie Harris, Stacy Domangue, Holly Naquin and baby Harris.

Odette gave 20 years of her life to the Lafourche Parish School Board working as a food service technician at West Thibodaux Jr. High School She loved cooking, baking and watching the Lawrence Welk Show.
